




Job Summary: A professional responsible for in-person and telephone customer service, customer prospecting and portfolio management, and follow-up of sales proposals. Key Highlights: 1. Support in planning commercial activities **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday – 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM, and Saturday **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Service Provider – PJ * Provide in-person customer service; * Provide telephone customer service; * Prospect customers using the CRM tool; * Prospect new customers externally through PAP (Door-to-Door) actions at strategic locations; * Register local customers in the CRM tool to build a customer portfolio; * Register new proposals in the system; * Follow up on proposals throughout the evaluation process and communicate outcomes (positive or negative) to customers; * Monitor customer portfolios for future prospecting/sales; * Collaborate with supervisors on sales origination; * Assist store management in planning store activities. **Requirements:** * Completed High School education * Preferred: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, or related fields. **Benefits:** No benefits reported
