Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring compliance with credit and collections policies, managing related processes, prospecting new partners, collecting from delinquent customers, and generating management reports. Prospect new partners and conduct collections from delinquent customers Be responsible for ensuring compliance with credit and collections policies across all branches; manage collections escalation processes (including Serasa registration and removal, sending and clearing receivables to third-party and legal collections); monitor daily deposits and clear them in the ERP system; prospect new partners for third-party collections; control unidentified pending credits; verify payment deadline extensions and negotiate overdue receivables; collect from delinquent customers; generate area-specific management reports. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Serve internal and external customers; * Ensure compliance with credit and collections policies; * Register and remove records from Serasa; * Send and clear receivables to third-party and legal collections; * Monitor daily deposits and update ERP; * Prospect new partners for third-party collections; * Control unidentified pending credits; * Collect from delinquent customers; * Generate area-specific management reports; * Negotiate overdue receivables and verify payment deadline extensions. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree completed in **Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Financial Management**, or related fields; Prior experience in **Credit and Collections**, specifically focused on **collections processes**; Intermediate proficiency in **Microsoft Office**, especially **Excel**; Knowledge of and/or experience using ERP systems. **Additional Information** **Benefits:** Transportation Voucher (VT), Meal Voucher (VR), Life Insurance, Health Plan, Dental Plan, WellHub (formerly GymPass), Birthday Day Off. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
