Safety and stability verification of components prior to lifting. **Job Description:** We are seeking a responsible and attentive professional to work as a **Crane Signaler** on construction sites involving precast concrete elements. This team member will play a critical role in ensuring safe lifting, handling, and positioning operations, collaborating closely with crane operators and assembly crews. **Responsibilities:** * Direct crane operators during the lifting and handling of precast concrete elements. * Communicate clearly and precisely using hand signals and radio. * Verify rigging conditions, component stability, and safety prior to lifting. * Assist in organizing the operational area to ensure a safe environment free from interference. * Monitor component placement at the assembly site. * Strictly comply with all applicable safety procedures and technical standards.
