Knowledge of handling, rigging, and moving heavy loads. Proficiency in lifting operations for metal structures, beams, trusses, and profiles. Basic understanding of reading engineering drawings and fundamental metal assembly concepts. Knowledge of and compliance with relevant Brazilian Regulatory Standards (especially NR-11, NR-12, NR-18, and NR-35). Valid driver's license compatible with job requirements (typically Category D or E). Up-to-date Crane/Munck Operator training certificate. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience on metal structure construction projects. Additional certifications in NR-35 (Work at Heights) and NR-33 (Confined Spaces).
