If you enjoy challenges, are organized, and pay attention to detail, this is an excellent opportunity to experience the environment of large companies and strengthen your professional background! **Job Mission** Ensure the availability and optimal operation of multifunction printers installed at client sites by conducting periodic rounds, supplying consumables, and providing basic user support, guaranteeing excellence in the experience with Ricoh products and services. * ️ **Main Responsibilities** * Conduct periodic rounds to check equipment operation and condition; * Refill paper and toner, keeping machines always operational; * Perform external cleaning and maintenance of equipment; * Provide basic user support for printing, copying, and scanning inquiries; * Record and track technical requests with organization and efficiency; * Contact specialized technical support when necessary; * Act with courtesy and professionalism, strengthening the relationship between Ricoh and the client. **Requirements** * High school diploma; * Good communication skills and collaborative attitude; * Proactive, dedicated, and responsible profile; * Availability to work during the two periods listed below. **Coverage Periods and Locations** * **1st Period:** 01/05/2026 to 02/03/2026 – Client **BALL** * Av.
