Job Summary: Responsible for meal distribution and collection, hygiene and organization of the work area, inventory control, and addressing requests in the nutrition department. Key Highlights: 1. Providing service to beneficiaries and staff in nutrition-related services **Responsibilities:** Work at the unit to distribute meals using trays and trolleys according to received instructions; collect trays, dishes, and cutlery after meals and arrange for washing, storage, or delivery to the responsible department. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, controlling inventory of materials relevant to the role to satisfactorily meet demand. * Provide on-site service (to beneficiaries/accompanying persons/staff) delivering nutrition-related services such as food and beverage preparation and serving, following hygiene standards and established procedures, aiming to ensure comfort and well\-being; * Serve meals to beneficiaries (patients and accompanying persons) within scheduled times and according to the nutritionist’s meal map and each patient’s label; * Collect trays and utensils after each meal according to pre\-established schedules; * Stock coffee stations/locations with disposable utensils, supplies, and properly labeled thermal bottles, ensuring quality and appropriate temperature, performing regular inspections to allow continuous availability; * Supply administrative offices and medical lounges with items listed in the pre\-established menu; * Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and respective work area using specific products and techniques per Standard Operating Directive, contributing to visual quality of facilities and user satisfaction; * Maintain hygiene of the work area, taking responsibility for cutlery, glasses, trays, and other utensils used daily to ensure organization and preservation of the area; * Organize and control nutrition department supply inventory, informing supervisors when stock is low, arranging replenishment while respecting expiration dates, maintaining standards and compliance, safeguarding company assets; * Receive and inspect snacks/supplies delivered to the unit, storing them correctly and verifying validity to ensure universal access; * Collect food samples from meals; * Complete food and equipment temperature control logs, and equipment sanitation logs; * Label opened products according to guidance and training; * Assemble coffee breaks whenever necessary, following pre\-established procedures to meet demands; * Fulfill additional meal requests for surgical center beneficiaries, private rooms, wards, ICU, medical lounges, and administrative offices when applicable; * Ensure cleaning and proper storage of used equipment, performing hygiene and storage per stipulated standards to safeguard company property; * Identify beneficiary meals per Institutional Protocol; * Correctly wear uniforms and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) appropriate for the activity, when required; * Organize and control kitchen supply inventory per PVPS system (First Expired, First Out), reporting replenishment needs to supervision; * Sanitize all utensils used for kitchen service and store them appropriately; * Complete food and equipment temperature control logs, and utensil control logs where applicable; * Label opened products and monitor expiration dates of items used; * Perform other tasks pertinent to the department, as directed by management. **Education:** Completed elementary education; high school enrollment preferred **Preferred Qualifications:** Basic customer service knowledge Basic knowledge of food and beverage services **Location:** SÃO PAULO/SP **Schedule:** 6x1 rotating shift \- schedule to be arranged Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1\.800,00 \- R$1\.850,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Childcare allowance * Partnerships and commercial discounts * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
