We are seeking a **COMMERCIAL CONSULTANT** to perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on yellow-line equipment, forklifts, scrap handlers, and other machinery. Apply now and join our journey. **Responsibilities and duties** * Manage client portfolio in Teresina/PI. * Prospect new clients via phone calls, visits, and networking. * Develop, present, and negotiate machine, equipment, and service leasing proposals. * Update and manage client, lead, and opportunity information in the CRM and sales pipeline. * Verify machine and equipment availability with the fleet department. * Collect client documentation and monitor credit analysis. * Enter contractual information into the system to formalize contracts. * Monitor KPIs and record commercial activities in internal systems. * Support client loyalty, retention, and recovery, assisting finance in cases of non-payment. * Comply with internal procedures and environmental, health, and safety regulations. **Requirements and qualifications** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Commercial Management, or related fields; * Experience with construction machinery and equipment; * Experience managing industrial and civil construction/infrastructure client portfolios; * Experience developing commercial proposals; * Driver’s license category B; * Must reside in Teresina/PI. **Additional information** * Contract type: PJ (individual contractor); * Fixed salary \+ commission; * Company car.
