They directly analyze performance results, develop growth strategies, and lead coordinators and supervisors. **Responsibilities and Duties** Define sales targets and strategies for the PAP team. Manage coordinators and supervisors, ensuring alignment with company objectives. Analyze sales reports and performance indicators. Develop action plans to increase productivity and expand market share. Negotiate with strategic partners and clients. Ensure implementation of commercial policies, compliance, and best sales practices. Represent the sales department in executive meetings. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Marketing, or related fields (postgraduate degree is a plus). Proven experience in managing external sales teams. Strong analytical skills regarding performance indicators and strategic vision. Proficiency in negotiation and leadership of large teams. Results-oriented profile with focus on growth and expansion.
