**Job Description:** We are looking for a CNC Machine Programmer (Router) to join our team. The professional will be responsible for interpreting designs, programming, operating or supervising the Operator in cutting highly complex parts, aiming at maximizing raw material utilization, preparing budgets, issuing sales orders, and preparing detailed files to send to production. **Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 07:30 – 17:30\- Friday 07:30 – 16:30** **Job Type: Full-time / On-site** **Responsibilities:** \* Interpret woodworking designs and develop CNC (Router) machine programming; \* Prepare budgets according to project specifications; \* Issue sales orders and ensure correct routing to production; \* Detail parts and services to be executed; \* Operate or supervise operation execution; \* Ensure quality and precision of produced parts; \* Collaborate with technical and production departments to optimize processes; \* Identify causes of equipment malfunctions, arrange necessary repairs as quickly as possible, and perform minor maintenance when feasible; \* Study, together with the Production and Development Supervisor, the company's needs aiming to contribute to improving product quality and competitiveness, and increasing market share; **Requirements:** \* Ability to read and interpret 2D and 3D technical drawings and designs; \* Knowledge of CNC programming, 3D and 2D software (Aspire, Sketchup, Autocad, etc); \* Organized and detail-oriented; \* Good communication and teamwork skills; \* Knowledge of measurements; **Preferred Qualifications:** \* Experience in woodworking with CNC (Router) programming and operation; Job Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Salary: R$2\.500,00 \- R$4\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Fuel allowance * Meal voucher Selection Question(s): * Do you have experience in CNC machine programming? * Do you have knowledge of AutoCAD and SketchUP software?
