Being part of a dynamic and innovative company with 36 years in the market If you are passionate about precision machining, possess solid knowledge in programming and operating CNC lathes, and wish to join a dynamic and innovative company with over 36 years in the market, this position is ideal for you. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare and operate CNC lathes to produce steel parts based on technical specifications and provided drawings. * Perform proper CNC lathe setup, including tool selection, material clamping, and cutting parameter adjustments. * Interpret technical drawings and ensure parts are machined according to specified dimensions and tolerances. * Conduct regular inspections of machined parts to ensure quality and compliance with established standards. * Identify and resolve issues related to CNC lathe programming and operation, performing necessary adjustments and corrections. * Maintain accurate records of activities performed, including production times, quantities produced, and any maintenance or repairs carried out. * Collaborate with the engineering team and other departments to improve machining processes and optimize production efficiency. * Strictly adhere to workplace safety procedures and ensure proper maintenance of machines and equipment. **Requirements:** * Proven experience in CNC lathe programming and operation. * Solid knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings. * Ability to select appropriate tools, configure the CNC lathe, and adjust cutting parameters to meet required specifications. * Capability to perform quality inspections and ensure machined parts comply with established requirements. * Knowledge of problem-solving and ability to make adjustments and corrections to the program or machine as needed. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively, follow instructions, and meet deadlines. * Commitment to workplace safety and product quality. * Technical or vocational training in machining or a related field is considered an advantage.
