




Job Summary: Operate CNC and conventional machines, ensuring precision, efficiency, and compliance with quality and safety standards. Key Highlights: 1. Training multiplier for operational training and resource conservation Operate CNC and conventional machines following established procedures in Work Instructions, as well as Quality and Safety standards. \* Focus on achieving production targets while ensuring precision, efficiency, and compliance with required standards. \* Adjust basic machine parameters, operate, regulate, and replace tools as needed, performing continuous adjustments to ensure compliance with established quality standards. \* Monitor production process progress, recording output data in the reporting system. At the end of each batch, record the number of parts produced according to specifications and identify any non-conforming parts, ensuring traceability and supporting decision-making. \* Serve as a training multiplier for operational training of production assistants, transferring technical knowledge, best practices, and standard procedures to ensure standardization and efficiency in production processes. \* Ensure proper use and conservation of available resources—including machines, equipment, tools, uniforms, and PPE—in accordance with Safety Regulations. Additionally, maintain a clean and organized workplace, adhering to pre-established practices and routines.
