Job Summary: Operate CNC and conventional machines, ensuring precision, efficiency, and compliance with quality and safety standards. Key Highlights: 1. Operating and adjusting CNC and conventional machines 2. Monitoring the production process and recording production output 3. Training multiplier for operational training and resource conservation Operate CNC and conventional machines following established procedures in Work Instructions, as well as Quality and Safety standards. \* Focus on achieving production targets while ensuring precision, efficiency, and compliance with required standards. \* Adjust basic machine parameters, operate, regulate, and replace tools as needed, performing continuous adjustments to ensure compliance with established quality standards. \* Monitor production process progress, recording output data in the reporting system. At the end of each batch, record the number of parts produced according to specifications and identify any non-conforming parts, ensuring traceability and supporting decision-making. \* Serve as a training multiplier for operational training of production assistants, transferring technical knowledge, best practices, and standard procedures to ensure standardization and efficiency in production processes. \* Ensure proper use and conservation of available resources—including machines, equipment, tools, uniforms, and PPE—in accordance with Safety Regulations. Additionally, maintain a clean and organized workplace, adhering to pre-established practices and routines.
