Job Summary: CNC Operator responsible for operating, configuring, and maintaining CNC machines for wood cutting and machining, ensuring quality and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Operate CNC machines for cutting and machining wood and panels 2. Perform machine setup, measurement, and basic maintenance 3. Interpret technical drawings and cutting files (CAD/CAM) **Main Responsibilities:** * Operate CNC machines for cutting and machining wood and panels * Perform machine setup (panel clamping, tool adjustment, calibration) * Interpret technical drawings and cutting files (CAD/CAM) * Monitor the production process to ensure part quality * Conduct dimensional measurements and inspections * Make minor parameter adjustments on the equipment when necessary * Perform machine cleaning and basic maintenance * Follow safety and workplace organization standards **Requirements:** * High school diploma or equivalent * Experience operating CNC machines in carpentry or furniture manufacturing * Ability to read technical drawings * Basic knowledge of measurements and metrology Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
