Teamwork and excellent customer service **Reporting to the area manager, your responsibilities will include:** Responsible for in-store customer service, processing payments for offered services; Responsible for receiving funds and managing accounts payable; Cash opening and closing, and invoice issuance; Coordination with Customer Service, Finance/Administration, and Human Resources departments; Responsible for employee onboarding and termination documentation processes; Responsible for receivables, authentications, and other cash-related operations; Control and maintenance of the Electronic Timekeeping System. **Requirements:** Completed high school education; administrative courses are a plus; Knowledge of electronic timekeeping registration and maintenance; Experience in administrative routines and Human Resources department activities; Experience as a Cash Operator, Accounts Payable/Receivable, and bank reconciliation; Strong teamwork skills; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Good communication skills, organization, and proactivity; Must deliver outstanding customer service, demonstrating willingness to assist customers with any inquiries. **SALARY: COMPETITIVE WITH MARKET STANDARDS** Job Type: Full-time, Direct Hire (CLT) Benefits: * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
