




Job Summary: Responsible for customer service, cash collection, opening and closing the cash register, issuing invoices, and administrative personnel processes. Key Highlights: 1. Administrative and financial routines **Reporting to the area manager, your responsibilities will include:** Responsible for serving store customers and processing payments for offered services; Responsible for cash collection and accounts payable; Opening and closing the cash register and issuing invoices; Collaborating with Customer Service, Finance/Administration, and Human Resources departments; Responsible for employee onboarding and termination documentation processes; Responsible for accounts receivable, cash register authentications, and other cash-related operations; Controlling and maintaining the Electronic Timekeeping System. **Requirements:** Completed high school education; administrative courses are a plus; Knowledge of electronic timekeeping system registration and maintenance; Experience in administrative routines and Human Resources department activities; Experience as a Cash Operator, Accounts Payable/Receivable, and bank reconciliation; Ability to work effectively in a team environment; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and proactivity; Must deliver excellent customer service, demonstrating willingness to assist customers with any inquiries.
