Job Summary: Responsible for mounting, dismounting, and vulcanizing tires for light vehicles, heavy vehicles, and agricultural machinery, including tire inflation and completing related forms. Applying safety regulations and maintaining a safe working environment Description: * Completed elementary education; * Driver's license category AB; * Preferred experience of 7 to 12 months. * Dismounting and mounting tires for light vehicles, heavy vehicles, and agricultural machinery; * Removing the inner tube from the tire, inflating it with a compressor to locate punctures, performing inner tube vulcanization—cleaning the puncture area, applying rubber cement and vulcanizing compound, then placing it into the vulcanizing machine; * Inflating the inner tube with a compressor to test the vulcanization at the puncture site, then reinstalling the inner tube into the tire, mounting it onto the rim, inflating it with the compressor, and reinstalling it onto the vehicle; * Calibrating tires using a compressor and pressure gauge; * Filling inner tubes of sugarcane transport machines with water to improve traction and prevent vibration; * Completing the tire replacement form when swapping one tire for another, tracking tire wear; * Complying with safety regulations by using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), while also safeguarding the environment, maintaining workplace organization, and preserving workstations; 2512260202491353635
