Job Summary: This internship seeks an Automation Engineering student to support the planning, execution, and implementation of automation systems, as well as the analysis and improvement of equipment and processes. Key Highlights: 1. Support for automation projects and improvements to machines and equipment. 2. Collaboration in preparing documentation and analyzing equipment failures. 3. Participation in analyzing and controlling performance and cost indicators. Description: Requirements: * Currently enrolled in Automation Engineering or related fields (from the 7th semester onward). Desirable but not mandatory: * Advanced English; * Computer literacy; * Knowledge of SAP S4/Hana PM module; * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings; * Knowledge of AutoCAD. Main Responsibilities: Support planning, specifying, executing, and implementing automation systems and equipment for automation; support development of new suppliers and execution of services. Support technical proposal analysis and construction site monitoring within the LA division. * Support planning, specifying, executing, and implementing automation projects and studies for expansion and/or improvements to existing factory machines and equipment (new technologies); * Support preparation of project reports, improvement reports, visit reports, and supplier evaluations, among others related to this role; * Support preparation of documentation for system and equipment validation; * Support preparation of equipment failure analysis using equipment improvement study analysis tools; * Support risk analysis for implementing preventive, predictive, and prescriptive maintenance plans based on current standards, maintenance best practices, and maintenance history; * Support defining technical parameters for contracting third-party services related to equipment; * Support development and implementation of new concepts to improve Maintenance and Engineering performance; * Support equipment testing, verifying proper operation of machines and equipment, and proposing improvements; * Support analysis and control of performance and cost indicators. 2511190202461759193
