Your journey can begin now. **Responsibilities and Duties** * General knowledge of labor law for advising internal clients; monitoring cases with law firms; handling topics of corporate interest and broad impact; * Familiarity with tax and corporate law; * Ability to draft legal opinions based on internal inquiries (civil; labor; corporate); * Practical experience in civil law and civil procedure; real estate law; contract law; * Scope of practice: advisory, preventive, and litigation services in labor, internal contract, environmental, regulatory, and civil matters. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Law; * Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB); * Willingness to travel; * Preferred: Postgraduate degree in one of the aforementioned areas; * Driver’s license, Category B. **Additional Information** Contract type: Independent contractor (PJ); Total Pass.
