Senior Commercial Assistant

Description

We are seeking a professional with solid experience in commercial and hospital billing operations to serve as the interface point between representatives, clients, and internal departments. The role requires precision in order analysis, proficiency in administrative processes, and the ability to operate autonomously in a dynamic and technical environment. **Responsibilities** * Analyze sales orders, consignment orders, and loan agreements, validating prices, margins, commissions, pricing tables, and commercial terms. * Issue invoices and manage all fiscal and billing documentation within the ERP system. * Perform billing reconciliation, especially for surgical procedures, ensuring compliance with internal protocols. * Retrieve purchase orders from health plan operator portals, health insurance provider portals, and hospital portals; attach required documents and ensure data integrity. * Support clients and representatives via e\-mail, phone, and WhatsApp, providing technical assistance and commercial process follow\-up. * Monitor delivery deadlines, stock availability, and outstanding billing items. * Ensure adherence to quality standards, internal procedures, and BPAD requirements. **Technical Requirements** * Minimum of **3 years** of experience in commercial and/or billing activities within the **hospital sector**, health plan operators, distributors, or related fields. * Proficiency in ERP systems (preferably in billing, order management, master data maintenance, and invoice issuance modules). * Familiarity with health plan operator and health insurance provider portals. * Strong verbal and written communication skills, with clarity and objectivity when interacting with internal teams and clients. **Behavioral Profile** * Organizational skills and attention to detail in high\-criticality processes. * Agility in decision\-making and resolution of pending items. * Professional, collaborative attitude aligned with organizational goals. * Commitment to quality and compliance. * Maturity to handle simultaneous demands and high\-pressure scenarios.
