Full support to the sales team Ensure efficiency in commercial support, accuracy of information, and support, focusing on agility and quality in processes. **Responsibilities and Duties:** Provide direct support to customers and representatives. Serve as the interface between internal departments (Production Planning and Control, Shipping, Logistics, and Quality). Control and organize administrative processes within the department. Provide full support to the sales team. Monitor quality indicators and response time. Ensure correct issuance and verification of order and quotation documents. **Requirements:** Completed technical education. Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service. Basic/intermediate Excel proficiency and familiarity with administrative routines. Proficiency in document issuance and verification. **Desirable:** Experience in extrusion or tooling industries. Knowledge of ERP systems and administrative routines. Basic understanding of indicator analysis. Organizational skills and attention to detail. Clear and concise communication. Sense of urgency and ability to work under pressure. Proactivity, resilience, and interpersonal relationship skills.
