Emphasis on organization and operational excellence **Opportunity: Agricultural Planning Coordinator \- Aldeias Altas/MA** We are looking for a professional to serve as an **Agricultural Planning Coordinator**, with a focus on organization, data analysis, and operational excellence in the field. **Main Responsibilities:** * Planning of agricultural operations (planting, crop management, and manual harvesting) * Management and control of agricultural records and production indicators * Analysis of crop data to support decision-making * Coordination of the agricultural control team * Issuance of operational reports * Field activity monitoring and supervision of machinery records * Management of third-party and rural worker records **We seek a professional with:** * Degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Engineering, or related fields * Experience in agricultural planning and operations * Analytical, organized profile with a results-oriented mindset * Team management skills and strong communication ability ### **Main Responsibilities** * Plan and coordinate agricultural activities, including planting, crop management, and manual harvesting. * Manage and control agricultural records, ensuring information reliability. * Monitor and analyze performance indicators related to agricultural production. * Conduct crop data analysis to support strategic decision-making. * Coordinate the team responsible for agricultural control, promoting organization and operational efficiency. * Issue operational and managerial reports on field activities. * Monitor and control field activities, ensuring adherence to plans. * Supervise agricultural machinery records, ensuring proper utilization and accurate logging. * Manage third-party and rural worker records, ensuring compliance and accuracy. ### **Technical Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Engineering, or related disciplines. * Prior experience in agricultural operations planning and control. * Experience managing operational field teams. * Knowledge of agricultural production indicators and data analysis. * Proficiency in control and reporting tools (Excel or agricultural systems). * Knowledge of planting, crop management, and harvesting processes. * Preferred experience in third-party management and recordkeeping. ### **Behavioral Profile** * Strong analytical capability and data orientation. * Organizational skills and attention to detail, especially in controls and recordkeeping. * Leadership and ability to manage multidisciplinary teams. * Proactivity and results orientation. * Effective communication for interfacing with field teams and administrative departments. * Planning capability and systemic vision of agricultural operations. * Flexibility to handle unforeseen events and the dynamic nature of the agricultural environment.
