Maintenance of equipment cleanliness and area organization **Position:** Agglomerator Operator **Department:** Production **Reports to:** Production Supervisor Summary of Responsibilities: Responsible for operating and monitoring the plastic waste agglomerator, ensuring efficiency and safety in the agglomeration process. Must: * Operate the agglomerator equipment according to operational instructions and production orders; * Control temperature, rotation speed, and processing time according to material (flakes); * Feed the agglomerator with ground material, adding additives when specified; * Monitor the agglomeration process and identify anomalies; * Discharge the agglomerated mass and forward it to the next department; * Perform equipment cleaning and maintain area organization; * Record operational data such as quantity processed and incidents; * Support other production departments (e.g., mill, extruder); * Comply with safety regulations, using PPE and required protocols (NR-12); * Contribute to proper environmental practices in waste disposal.
