Your journey can start now. **Responsibilities and Duties** Assist with procurement procedures within the department; Support handling service requests from the department; Register invoices in the system; Assist activities related to quality, occupational safety, and environmental management; Perform document archiving procedures; Support drafting and disseminating internal policies and regulations between the company and employees; Assist in delivering operational uniforms, PPEs to new employees, and EPCs; Assist in managing documents such as inspection reports, certificates, work orders, and other employee follow-ups within the Safety department; Conduct quality, occupational safety, and environmental inspections **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed high school education; Experience in administrative routines, preferably in health and safety; Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite **Additional Information** * Health insurance (Hapvida Nosso Plano—50% covered by the company); * Dental plan (Sulamérica—group rate); * Lunch at the company restaurant; * Food basket; * Total Pass; * Life insurance; * Opportunity for development.
