Your journey can start now. **Responsibilities and Duties** Assist in the area’s procurement procedures; Support the handling of internal request tickets; Enter invoices into the system; Assist in activities related to quality, occupational safety, and environmental management; Perform document archiving procedures; Support the development and dissemination of internal policies and regulations between the company and employees; Assist in delivering operational uniforms, PPEs to new employees, and EPCs; Assist in managing documents such as inspection reports, certificates, service orders, and other employee follow-ups within the Safety Department; Conduct quality, occupational safety, and environmental inspections **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed High School education; Experience in administrative routines, preferably in health and safety; Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite **Additional Information** * Health Insurance (Hapvida "Nosso Plano", 50% covered by the company); * Dental Plan – Sulamérica (group rate); * Lunch at the company cafeteria; * Food Basket; * Total Pass; * Life Insurance; * Opportunities for professional development.
