Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and proactive Video Editor for our Marketing team, focused on producing audiovisual content for digital media and advertisements. Key Highlights: 1. First and foremost, let us tell you the qualifications we seek in an EAGênio: Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Cinema, or related fields * Proficiency in image and audio capture (set, lighting, and recording) * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Advanced knowledge of Adobe Visual Suite (Premiere, After Effects, etc.) * Familiarity with social media platforms: Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok * Experience in content production * Energy, organization, proactivity, and resilience Desirable: * Knowledge of digital launches * Knowledge of Digital Marketing * Experience editing videos for social media * Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator Beyond these technical qualifications, we seek candidates possessing the following soft skills—essential for daily tasks and aligned with our culture: * Analytical thinking * Critical thinking * Communication (storytelling) * Self-development / Continuous improvement * Technology utilization * Initiative * Creativity Here’s what you’ll do as a Video Editor on our Marketing team: * Edit videos for advertisements and social media distribution * Participate in all stages of the creative process: pre\-production, production, and post\-production * Studio setup, filming, and footage capture * Develop briefs, video titles with psychological triggers, and thumbnails (covers) for social media posts * Capture footage for internal and external videos * Participate in video creation brainstorming sessions * Suggest improvements for footage capture and editing; bring innovative ideas to editorial lines Now, let us tell you about the benefits of becoming an EAGênio! * Welcoming onboarding * Excellent work environment (Great Place to Work! certified) * Great location \- come work in Floripa!
