Welcoming environment and GPTW recognition Serve technical assistance customers, guide them on vehicle parts and services covered under warranty, free maintenance checks, and recall requirements, contribute to departmental productivity by executing processes and standards with excellence. **Unit: Cometa Motocenter.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Main Activities:** * Receive and serve workshop customers, and occasionally handle phone calls; * Schedule services in the NBS system; * Adhere to Honda's Asas project standards; * Conduct customer prospecting within the standard cycle, updating customer and vehicle data.
