Collaboration with Product, UX, and Architecture teams **Job: Full Stack Developer – React \+ .NET** ==================================================== **Location:** São Paulo – Hybrid (Faria Lima region \- 1 day per week) **Job Description** --------------------- We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to modernize and evolve internal systems by building **React front-ends** integrated with **.NET APIs**. Our focus is delivering stable, high-performance solutions with an excellent user experience, ensuring seamless integration with corporate platforms. You will join a multidisciplinary team working closely with Product, UX, and Architecture to transform business requirements into robust, intuitive, and scalable workflows. **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Develop responsive interfaces using **React**, preferably with **TypeScript**. * Build and consume **.NET APIs (Core / .NET 6/7\)** following sound architectural and security practices. * Collaborate with UX/Product teams to convert requirements into functional and efficient UIs. * Ensure quality through **unit and E2E testing**, and actively participate in code reviews. * Assist in defining and versioning API contracts (**OpenAPI/Swagger**). * Work with **CI/CD pipelines** for both front-end and back-end, automating builds and deployments. * Monitor performance, implement improvements, and resolve production bugs. * Actively contribute to standardization, best practices, and stack evolution. **Required Qualifications** --------------------------- * Solid experience with **React**, Hooks, and TypeScript. * Experience with **.NET Core / .NET 6/7** and C\#. * Hands-on experience with **Cloud (Azure or AWS)**. * Knowledge of **Docker** and containerization. * Experience consuming REST APIs and defining contracts (**Swagger/OpenAPI**). * Proficiency in **HTML5, CSS3, CSS\-in\-JS** (styled\-components, emotion) or CSS frameworks. * Experience with front-end testing (**Jest, React Testing Library**) and back-end testing. * Familiarity with Git and version control best practices. * Experience with build/packaging tools (**Webpack, Vite**) and CI/CD pipelines. **Nice-to-Have Qualifications** ----------------------------- * Experience with **SSR/Next.js**. * Knowledge of state management libraries (**Redux, Zustand**) and performance optimization. * Experience with messaging systems or **WebSockets**. * Practical experience with **accessibility (a11y)**. **Soft Skills / Behavioral Traits** -------------------------------- * **Emotional resilience** and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment * Clear communication, collaboration, and maturity to advocate technical solutions. * Attention to detail, focus on quality, and proactive attitude toward proposing improvements. * Ability to adapt quickly to change and manage continuous delivery effectively. * Sense of responsibility, ownership, and results orientation. **MJV Benefits:** TotalPass\\Wellhub; ‍‍‍‍ Group life insurance; Meal/Voucher allowance; Health and dental plan \- Bradesco; Training initiatives: talks, forums, knowledge exchanges, and discussions related to our business.
