Job Summary: A professional providing excellent customer service to Box73 customers, guiding them on motorcycle parts, services, maintenance checks, and recalls, while ensuring internal processes and customer satisfaction. Key Highlights: 1. Customer reception and guidance on vehicle components and systems. 2. Opening, monitoring, and closing service orders. 3. Preparing estimates and clarifying customer inquiries. Ensure excellent customer service for Box73 clients by advising them on motorcycle parts, services, maintenance checks, and recalls, while guaranteeing compliance with internal processes and industry standards—directly contributing to productivity and customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities and Duties** Main Activities: * Receive and guide customers regarding vehicle component and system functionality, clarifying questions about preventive maintenance and performed services; * Open, monitor, and close service orders; * Prepare estimates.
