Activities include collection control and maintenance, managing reservations, and supporting students. * **Public service**, assisting with research and collection usage; * **Lending, renewals, and returns** of materials; * **Overdue control** and updating user registration records; * **Collection organization**, including archiving, classification, and inventory; * **Monitoring and tracking** **library infrastructure needs**. * **Occasionally**, covering other libraries as needed. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school (enrollment in higher education preferred); * Experience in public service and library routines; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office; * Organizational skills, flexibility, and commitment; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Proactivity and ability to solve problems autonomously. **Additional Information** **Salary:** Market-competitive. * **Fully employer-funded medical assistance**; * **Optional dental assistance**; * **Life insurance**; * **Transportation allowance**; * **Meal allowance**; * **TotalPass**; * Two **full scholarships** for undergraduate and graduate programs. **Work Location:** Liberdade Campus (Galvão Bueno) **Work Modality:** 100% in-person **Working Hours:** 11:12 AM – 3:00 PM / 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM, Monday to Friday Our ambition is bold: **to become the world’s first EdTech university!** Moreover, we aim to be a benchmark in Brazil and in the real economy, impacting the lives of **1 million students** through innovative and accessible education.
