Teamwork and interaction with various university departments. **Unisinos** is seeking a collaborative professional to work in the **Library** of the **São Leopoldo Campus**. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide in-person and telephone service for collections and service areas, aiming to resolve requests related to library services and promote user satisfaction through customer delight initiatives; * Carry out activities related to loans, returns, renewals, reservations, Book Express, and debt regularization; * Record all service interactions and requests in the Institution’s systems and platforms; * Assist in safeguarding materials and organizing books and other items on shelves, following the classification system adopted by the Library; * Report incidents or challenges encountered during task execution to support continuous institutional process improvement; * Interact with other university departments, ensuring adherence to institutional procedures and deadlines. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education or currently enrolled in a higher education program; * Organizational skills and attention to detail for managing collections, as well as strong communication and empathy skills for interacting with and assisting users; * Flexibility to adapt to new technologies and library management software, along with the ability to work effectively in a team; * Availability to work from 12:15 PM to 4:00 PM and from 5:00 PM to 9:15 PM, Monday through Friday, and on Saturdays according to rotating schedules. **Additional Information** **Compensation:** R$2096.08 **Benefits:** * Undergraduate scholarship offering up to **80% discount**, and **100% discount for persons with disabilities (PCDs)**; * Specialization scholarship offering up to **80% discount**; * Extension courses and language courses offering up to **50% discount** after the probationary period; * Internal training programs; * Sodexo Meal Voucher or Food Allowance; * Transportation Voucher; * Free parking; * Life insurance; * Health and dental plans offered by Coopersinos \- Unimed, Doctor Clin, and Uniodonto; * Mental Health Program \- Health and Well-being Journey; * Paid year-end recess (between Christmas and New Year); * Pharmacy partnership; * SESC partnership; * Partial childcare reimbursement for children up to 6 years old; We are Unisinos.
