Job Summary: Escola SAP is seeking a Librarian to strategically manage the library collection and strengthen the library as a dynamic space for learning, reading, and research, working collaboratively with the pedagogical team. Support in curating instructional and supplementary educational materials **Escola SAP** seeks a **Librarian** to work strategically and inclusively in managing the library collection and reinforcing the library as a **dynamic space for learning, reading, and research**. We are looking for an organized, creative, and committed professional who supports students’ reading development in partnership with teachers and the pedagogical coordination. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Organize, catalog, and maintain the library collection up-to-date, ensuring easy access and proper conservation of materials; * Manage loans, returns, and inventories using library management systems and accurate recordkeeping; * Support teachers and pedagogical coordination in curating and selecting instructional and supplementary educational materials; * Develop and lead reading incentive, literary mediation, and reader development projects; * Serve and guide the school community, promoting the library as a welcoming, active, and formative space. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Library Science; * Prior experience in the activities described; * Participation in literary fairs, reading clubs, or cultural events; * Experience with library management systems and TOTVS is a plus. **Additional Information** **Learn about our benefits!** * + Pluxee Card (Meal and Food); + Health insurance plan (SulAmérica); + Dental insurance plan (Amil); + Benefits club (Discounts on universities, postgraduate programs, and language courses); + Discounts for children at any school within the Raiz Educação Group (as per internal policy).
