Job Summary: Instituto Cometa is seeking a professional to ensure organization, cleanliness, and operational support, contributing to the smooth functioning of administrative routines and events. Ensure organization, cleanliness, and operational support at Instituto Cometa, contributing to the smooth functioning of administrative routines, public service, and internal and external events. **Unit: Instituto Cometa.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Main Activities:** * Perform cleaning and organization services in all areas; * Assist in organizing and executing internal and external events; * Provide basic front-desk services (reception, directing visitors, general information support); * Assist in organizing materials and supporting simple administrative tasks; * Contribute to the smooth operation of Instituto Cometa’s daily routines.
