Job Summary: Customer service, product offerings including vehicle financing plans and vehicles, and clarification of terms, aiming for targets and profitability. Key Highlights: 1. Creative problem-solving and adaptability Deliver excellent customer service by offering products that meet customers' needs, achieving established targets, and generating profitability for the dealership. **Unit: Cometa Motocenter** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Serve customers according to Cometa's service standards; offer test rides; prepare quotations; finalize sales of financing plan quotas, new and used vehicles; present products; clarify their operation, features, payment terms, delivery timelines, and other relevant information. * Visit industrial, commercial, and other establishments. * Clearly present payment terms to customers; * Offer license plate registration services and accessory items; And other activities related to this role. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What You Need:** Completed high school education. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Experience in customer service. Knowledge of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code. Familiarity with negotiation techniques.
