Providing excellent customer service A Payment Institution is seeking a Commercial Consultant in Itapema. Stone is a financial technology company offering payment solutions and services for merchants. With a focus on innovation, the company aims to facilitate financial transactions in Brazil. **Responsibilities:** Conduct external activities to prospect new customers within the regional route, offering Stone’s products and services—including our card machine. Manage active customer portfolios and post-sales support. Participate in daily team morning meetings to set personal plans, goals, and share learnings. Deliver excellent customer service. This role is based in Itapema / SC. Previous experience as a Sales Analyst, Sales Consultant, Commercial Representative, or Sales Executive may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
