Job Summary: In this role, you will develop your team, define sales strategies, conduct training sessions, and support the creation of documentation for the team — all with a focus on results and continuous improvement. With over 16,500 clients and a team of more than 230 employees, we are expanding rapidly and seeking someone who wants to grow with us! **What will be your mission?** * Develop your team and co-create sales strategies with the Head of Sales to achieve team objectives. * Conduct group or individual training sessions to help commercial managers train their teams. * Support the development of new documentation to assist the team. * Collaborate with Enablement to monitor new hires during their first months at the company. * Organize and attend periodic meetings to discuss areas for improvement — this is part of your routine. * Occasionally conduct system demonstrations, primarily via video call, with the goal of closing contracts. * Monitor dashboards and develop new visualization ideas to support decision-making.
