Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and agile professional to provide operational support in a sewing workshop, assisting the entire production flow and ensuring organized and productive processes. Key Highlights: 1. Essential support in the sewing workshop’s production flow 2. Assistance in organizing and controlling batches and materials 3. Support for the sewing team and deadline tracking We are looking for an organized, agile, and committed individual to provide operational support in our sewing workshop, assisting the entire production flow from start to finish. This professional will be responsible for supporting the sewing team and ensuring that processes occur in an organized, productive, and timely manner. Main Responsibilities: * Sorting cut pieces for seamstresses; * Organizing production batches; * Delivering and controlling threads, yarns, elastic bands, and trimmings; * Sorting garments by model, size, and color; * Supporting machine replenishment; * Assisting in organizing the workshop and production area; * Monitoring sewing progress; * Conducting basic garment inspections during the process; * Providing necessary support to seamstresses; * Sorting tasks for overlock, straight-stitch, piping, and finishing machines; * Supporting workshop productivity control; * Organizing fabrics and cut pieces; * Identifying and sorting defective garments; * Assisting in revision and finishing when required; * Supporting pattern matching and distribution of production demands; * Basic tracking of garment inflow and outflow; * Assisting the production supervisor; * Monitoring workshop deadlines and priorities. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in women’s apparel manufacturing; * Basic knowledge of sewing processes; * Organizational skills and agility; * Ability to work well in a team; * Proactive and responsible attitude.
