Daily verification of whether all vehicles are connected to the system. Provide information to users via telephone. Commit to resolving issues and non-conformities within your department. Monitor the operational synoptic display. Contact operations staff/drivers as necessary for clarifications and operational adjustments. Report any incident inconsistent with operational procedures or configurations to your immediate supervisor or the responsible department for resolution.
