**Bravura Troop is recruiting!** Bravura Park is seeking new team members to join one of our most immersive and operational park experiences. **Position: Target Shooting Attendant \| Bravura Troop** On-site work in Tijucas – SC We seek communicative, responsible individuals with an operational mindset to support target shooting experiences and assist visitors. **Key responsibilities:** * Greet and guide visitors at the target shooting attraction * Ensure compliance with activity safety regulations * Assist in the correct handling of equipment used in the attraction * Organize visitor flow and operational execution of the experience * Support attraction operations and provide visitor assistance * Maintain equipment organization, preservation, and control * Deliver a safe, dynamic experience aligned with Bravura culture * Support special operations, events, and seasonal park activities **Requirements:** * Strong communication skills and ease in public-facing service * Responsible, attentive, and operationally oriented profile * Organizational skills and professional demeanor * Ability to work effectively in a team * Availability for operational duties **Preferred qualifications:** * Experience with airsoft, sport shooting, or similar recreational activities * Background in customer service, recreation, events, or entertainment * Basic knowledge of operational safety and activity facilitation **Bravura Profile:** * Team spirit * Operational energy * Commitment to visitor safety and experience * Proactivity and sense of belonging **What we offer:** * Market-competitive salary * Benefits according to internal policy * Dynamic, collaborative, and growing work environment * Opportunity to work in a distinctive themed operation If you want to join the Bravura Troop and deliver unforgettable experiences to visitors, we want to meet you, recruit!
