Because the concrete reality of life is not who we are now, but who we can still become. **Responsibilities:** Conduct high-volume selection processes for operational construction roles, such as construction helper, general services assistant, mason, and maintenance technician; Support administrative recruitment for positions of lower complexity, including internships, assistant, and junior analyst roles in São Paulo and the interior regions; Perform resume screening, candidate outreach, and interview scheduling; Conduct initial interviews and support managers throughout the selection processes; Support talent attraction initiatives and job posting dissemination; Update job vacancy tracking records; Ensure a positive candidate experience across all stages of the process. **Requirements:** Currently enrolled in or graduated from a bachelor’s degree program in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields; Prior experience in recruitment and selection, especially for operational roles and high-volume hiring; Experience recruiting for the construction industry will be considered a plus. **Technical and Behavioral Competencies:** Strong communication skills; Organizational ability and capacity to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously; Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Dynamic, proactive profile with strong sense of priority.
