**Be part of the future at MegaG Alimentos!** -------------------------------------------- ### **QUALITY ASSISTANT** **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Monitor and control product and/or service quality at all stages of the production process; * Conduct quality inspections, tests, and verifications, identifying non-conformities and proposing corrective actions; * Record, organize, and maintain up-to-date quality control documents and reports; * Participate in critical analyses, internal audits, and meetings focused on continuous improvement; * Assist in implementing and complying with quality procedures, standards, and policies; * Provide technical support to operational teams, ensuring adherence to established standards. **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Completed high school education; a bachelor’s degree in related fields is considered a plus; * Knowledge of quality management tools and methodologies (e.g., ISO 9001, 5S, PDCA); * Analytical ability, strong problem-solving skills, and sound decision-making; * Good communication, teamwork, and ability to meet deadlines; * Attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement; * Prior experience in quality control is considered a plus. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Knowledge of statistical methods applied to quality; * Quality management certifications; * Experience with quality management systems. **WORK LOCATION** Vargem Grande Paulista \- SP **WORK SCHEDULE** Monday to Thursday, 08:00–18:00; Friday, 07:00–16:00 **Our Commitment to Inclusion** Open position for everyone!
