Teamwork and organized environment Support production process activities, ensuring proper handling, processing, packaging, organization, and movement of products in compliance with quality standards, food safety requirements, and internal company procedures. **Main Responsibilities** * Support production process stages by performing labeling, unpacking, packaging, organizing, and moving products. * Assist in weighing, sorting, and preparing products, adhering to established quality standards and specifications. * Transport products between departments, including work in cold rooms, following safety regulations. * Maintain a clean and organized workplace, equipment, and utensils according to hygiene procedures. * Support the production team by assisting with operational demands and routine tasks. * Strictly comply with quality standards, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), food safety, and occupational safety requirements. * Contribute to achieving departmental productivity, quality, and organization targets. * Work in a refrigerated environment, including cold rooms. **Requirements** * Completed elementary or high school education. * Prior experience is not required. * Organizational skills and attention to detail. * Agility and willingness to perform operational tasks. * Commitment and responsibility. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Availability to work in an industrial and refrigerated environment.
