Production Assistant

**RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES** · **Material Preparation**: Assist in supplying the production line with raw materials and components required for product manufacturing. · **Quality Control**: Conduct visual inspections during the production process, identifying defects or non-conformities and reporting them to responsible personnel. · **Assembly and Packaging**: Assist in product palletizing (cubing) and packaging processes, ensuring products are delivered labeled correctly, with proper quality, presentation, and traceability. · **Workplace Organization**: Maintain a clean and organized production area in accordance with safety and hygiene standards. Assist in material and product handling as required. · **Support for Other Activities**: Assist in sorting, disposition, and processing of recycled waste materials from the production line; and, when necessary, assist in maintaining wooden pallets for use on the production line. · **Compliance with Safety Procedures**: Strictly adhere to occupational safety regulations and good manufacturing practices to prevent accidents and ensure a safe and healthy working environment. · **Support for Supervisors and Colleagues**: Collaborate with other team members and supervisors, providing support in production activities and contributing to achieving daily targets.
