Job Summary: The Junior Operations Assistant supports production operations by assisting machine operators and handling raw materials, with a focus on operating the rewinding machine and maintaining factory floor organization. Contributes to factory floor organization and quality control Description The Junior Operations Assistant plays an essential role in supporting production operations within the factory. This role involves assisting machine operators to ensure efficient production flow and proper handling of raw materials. A core responsibility is operating the rewinding machine, as well as contributing to factory floor organization. Activities Production Support: Actively collaborate with machine operators, providing assistance across various stages of the production process. Raw Material Handling: Organize and supply necessary inputs for production, ensuring raw materials are prepared and available according to operational demands. Rewinding Machine Operation: Perform assigned operations on the rewinding machine, ensuring correct and efficient operation to process materials per established specifications. Quality Control: Conduct periodic inspections to ensure compliance with established quality standards, identifying and reporting any issues or irregularities. Basic Maintenance: Assist with preventive maintenance of machinery, performing minor adjustments and cleaning equipment as needed to ensure optimal functionality. Workplace Safety: Strictly follow established safety procedures, using appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and reporting any safety concerns to supervisors. Collaboration and Communication: Work as part of a team, communicating effectively with production team members and reporting relevant information to responsible personnel whenever necessary.
