Teamwork and supervision Job – Production Assistant Location: São Paulo / Parque Novo Mundo Salary: R$ 1.776,33 + Hazard Pay R$ 324,20 CLT – On-site Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 08:12 to 18:00 Requirements: * Completed elementary education * Prior production experience is a plus * Commitment to safety and hygiene standards * Availability to work in a production environment Responsibilities: * Unbox goods for the production line * Package meats in plastic packaging * Place meats into individual packages (manually or with machine assistance) * Label and organize products in plastic boxes * Dispatch goods to the packaging department * Pack goods into cardboard boxes and store for shipment * Assist with vacuum packaging machines under supervision of Production Assistant II * Comply with safety, hygiene, quality, and environmental protection standards Benefits: * Transportation voucher (VT) * Dental plan (PO) * Profit-sharing program (PLR) * On-site cafeteria * Food basket – Value of R$ 150.00 * "Employee of the Month" program * On-site laundry service Minimum Education Level: Elementary Education (1st level)
