Prior experience is not required — **we will train you!** **PRODUCTION ASSISTANT – FINALIZATION DEPARTMENT** **Responsibilities:** The professional will join produced parts during production to finalize products; after parts are finalized, manually protect them by closing and sealing boxes to ensure protection during transportation; sort, organize, and cut packaging materials for product packaging; and perform other related duties. **Requirements:** * Reside in Contagem; * Be organized; * Be dynamic; * Have good attention to detail; * Enjoy manual work. **Preferred Qualifications:** Experience assembling costume jewelry, handicrafts, or sewing **Benefits:** * Transportation Allowance; * Meal Allowance / Food Voucher; * Morning and afternoon coffee breaks; * Birthday Day Off; * Extra vacation bonus; * Performance-based bonus (starting at R$200.00); * Rewards for valuable ideas; * Career development plan. **Starting Salary:** R$ 1770.00 per month **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM **Work Location:** Contagem – MG **Job Type:** CLT (Consolidated Labor Law contract) Compensation: starting at R$1.770,00 per month Work Mode: On-site
