Maintenance of an organized and safe workplace **Job Mission:** Perform sanding and finishing of manufactured parts, ensuring proper surface preparation according to the company's established quality standards, contributing to the perfect final product outcome. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in the manufacturing and assembly process of scalpels, in accordance with technical standards and specifications. * Perform separation, verification, and organization of raw materials and components (blades, handles, rails, screws, springs, etc.). * Operate simple machinery and equipment under supervision (presses, injection molding machines, assembly equipment). * Perform manual assembly of parts. * Visually inspect finished products, verifying quality and mechanism functionality. * Package, label, and organize finished products for storage. * Maintain a clean and organized workplace. * Follow occupational safety regulations and properly use PPE. * Support inventory counting and material control. * Report any irregularities in the production process to the immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education (high school diploma preferred) * Prior experience in this role or similar activities (preferred) * Basic knowledge of manual and/or machine sanding * Familiarity with finishing and quality concepts **Salary:** R$ 1\.827,26 **Working Hours:** * Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM **Benefits:** * Meal Allowance (VA) * Transportation Allowance Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
