Then join us in this mission! **Responsibilities and Duties** • Quantity take-offs of construction materials and services; • Preparation of analytical construction budgets and input into the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system (SIENGE); • Development of direct labor histograms (masons, carpenters, steel fixers, helpers, and equipment operators) based on planned services; • Preparation of construction schedules; • Forecasting of construction measurements (including PLS value); • Closing of physical and financial indicators for all projects (signed PLS + SIENGE); • Monitoring of physical and financial measurements of projects; • Preparation of engineering performance reports; • Adjustment of the company’s Unit Construction Cost (CUC), updated based on the National Index of Construction Costs (INCC); • Adjustment of the forecasted cash flow, based on costs of ongoing projects; • Development of initial project planning; • Financial control of construction projects; • Implementation of Lean Construction principles and process monitoring;; **Requirements and Qualifications** • Completed Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; • Intermediate/advanced Excel, AutoCAD, MS Project; • Preferred: Experience with ERP SIENGE and Lean Construction. **Additional Information** • Hybrid work model (4 days onsite, 1 day remote); • Flexible working hours; • Flexible benefits card worth R$860.00 **(****usable for meals, transportation, health, and culture)**; • 13th-month salary; • Paid vacation; • Birthday day off; • Total Pass; • Educational Incentive Program (undergraduate, postgraduate, MBA, technical, specialization, short courses, workshops, etc.); • Contract type: Individual Contractor (PJ).
