Then join us in this mission! **Responsibilities and Duties** • Quantitative takeoffs of construction materials and services; • Preparation of analytical construction budgets and input into the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system (SIENGE); • Development of direct histogram schedules (masons, carpenters, rebar workers, assistants, and equipment operators) based on planned activities; • Preparation of construction schedules; • Forecasting of construction measurements (including PLS value); • Closing physical and financial indicators for all projects (signed PLS + SIENGE); • Monitoring of physical and financial measurements for construction projects; • Preparation of engineering results presentations; • Updating the company’s Unit Construction Cost (CUC) based on INCC index adjustments; • Adjusting the forecasted cash flow based on ongoing project costs; • Development of initial construction planning; • Financial control of construction projects; • Implementation of Lean Construction principles and process monitoring;; **Requirements and Qualifications** • Completed Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; • Intermediate/advanced Excel, AutoCAD, MS Project; • Preferred: Familiarity with ERP SIENGE and Lean Construction. **Additional Information** • Hybrid work model (4 days onsite, 1 day remote); • Flexible working hours; • Cost-of-living allowance via flexible card worth R$860.00 **(****usable for meals, transportation, health, and culture)**; • Thirteenth salary; • Paid vacation; • Birthday day off; • Total Pass; • Educational Incentive Program (undergraduate, postgraduate, MBA, technical courses, specializations, short courses, workshops, etc.); • Contract type: PJ (individual contractor).
