Job Summary: A professional responsible for identifying, requesting, and transporting materials; ensuring proper use of equipment; preparing concrete and mortar; laying and finishing surfaces; performing renovations and maintenance; keeping the work area and site organized; and guiding others. Key Highlights: 1. Execution of masonry services and structural maintenance 2. Management of materials and tools during service execution 3. Team guidance in construction activities * Identify and request the materials and tools required to perform the service; * Transport materials, tools, and/or equipment from the warehouse to the workstation and vice versa, as directed by immediate supervision; * Ensure correct usage of materials, equipment, and tools; * Verify project characteristics by reviewing drawings and specifications to guide selection of appropriate materials and optimal work execution methods; * Prepare concrete and mortar according to project requirements; * Lay various types of materials; * Finish various surfaces; * Perform building, flooring, and other structural renovations and maintenance; * Maintain proper signage in the work area during service execution; * Keep materials, machinery, equipment, and the workstation under one's responsibility organized, clean, and well-maintained; * Guide the mason's assistant and helper in performing tasks; * Maintain personal hygiene (basic personal hygiene and clothing care); Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2.934,80 per month Benefits: * Life insurance
