Job Summary: Experienced professional in block laying, structural masonry, and enclosure masonry, with skills in reading construction drawings and adhering to safety standards. Key Highlights: 1. Proven experience as a masonry blocklayer 2. Knowledge of structural masonry and block laying 3. Attention to detail and quality in execution **Main Responsibilities** * Lay concrete or ceramic blocks according to project specifications and technical requirements; * Perform structural and enclosure masonry; * Prepare mortar for block laying; * Check plumb, level, and squareness of walls; * Read and interpret construction drawings, sketches, and technical instructions; * Perform cutting, adjustments, and finishing of blocks; * Collaborate with assistants and other construction professionals; * Maintain an organized and clean worksite; * Follow occupational safety regulations and properly use PPE; * Report any design discrepancies or abnormalities in execution to the supervisor. **Requirements** * Proven experience as a masonry blocklayer; * Knowledge of structural masonry and block laying; * Basic understanding of construction drawing interpretation; * Fundamental knowledge of safety regulations; * Proficiency in using manual and electric tools common in civil construction. **Desired Competencies** * Attention to detail and quality in execution; * Commitment to deadlines; * Teamwork; * Organization and responsibility; * Proactivity.
