We are a global company that values diversity, ambition, and a collaborative, empowering attitude, offering our employees all the support they need to make their careers as rewarding as possible. **Job Description** --------------------- • Execute and review daily operations according to the client's defined procedures. • Systematically document process execution. • Coordinate phone calls, e-mails, and system interactions with clients, suppliers, and recipients to execute daily operations. • Direct daily operational handling according to the escalation matrix. • Monitor and review process performance to justify identified deviations. • Identify deviations that may drive initiatives adding value to the client—either through cost reduction or improved service levels. • Ensure data quality and integrity within the system. **Requirements** -------------- * Completed High School education; a university degree is preferred. * Knowledge of transportation processes or related areas. • Interpersonal skills. • Fluent communication. * Teamwork. • Intermediate Office suite proficiency (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint). • A completed university degree is desirable. • Familiarity with continuous improvement tools (MASP, 5 Whys, Ishikawa, PDCA, etc.) is desirable. * Accurate and timely system updates (deliveries, pickups, schedules, vouchers, incidents). * Efficient handling of spreadsheets and corporate e-mails. * Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising accuracy. * Reading and interpretation of operational statuses (tracking, incidents, scheduling, pickups). **Responsibilities** --------------------- 1- Participate in operational and safety meetings; 2- Identify deviations that may drive continuous improvement initiatives delivering added value and cost reduction for the client; 3- Execute daily Order Management operations: Scheduling; Planning; Pickup Management; 4- Logistics Support (Incident Management); Delivery Monitoring; Reverse Logistics; 5- Freight Auditing; Performance (KPI Closure); and Management of additional costs; 6- Systematically document process execution and coordinate phone calls, e-mails, and system interactions with the client to execute daily operations; 7- Direct daily operational handling according to the escalation matrix; monitor process performance to justify identified deviations; 8- Identify deviations that may drive initiatives adding value to the client—either through cost reduction or improved service levels
